Can I run it on my own AI key?
Yes. On the Free plan you bring your own Anthropic or Gemini key and imports are uncapped. Pro and Team include managed AI with a monthly allowance, so no key is needed.
Is my brief used to train AI models?
No. Your content is processed to do the import you asked for and nothing else. Nobody trains models on it.
