The old way

A brief shouldn’t cost you a week.

Right now it does. Five tools, no two agreeing, and a producer holding it all together in their head. ShootFlow reads the brief once and does the lot, in one console, before the coffee’s cold.

The build

One brief in. A whole shoot out.

Every screen here is a real read. ShootFlow takes the brief and hands back the shot list, the shoot days, the locations with their permits and the props to source. Each one links to the next, so move a shot and its location, call sheet and deliverable all move with it.

Brief → cut

Paperwork goes in.
The cut comes out.

Every brief starts as a stack of pages. ShootFlow carries it the whole way to a finished film, from the stack you drop in to the cut you deliver.

Scroll to run it ↓

One production truth

Every department, reading the same page.

The build is only the start. Camera, cast, locations, budget and post stay wired to it, so the moment the schedule moves, the call sheets move with it and nobody works off yesterday's plan.

And then it holds

The build doesn’t stop at prep. It runs the day.

The same shoot the brief built now runs itself down the console, from the general call to the editor brief filed at wrap. One thread, every role reading the same page.

Drop the brief. The shoot builds itself.

ShootFlow reads the brief, the deck or the script and breaks it down: shot list, locations and deliverables, all linked. You review and adjust. What took a day of typing takes a coffee.

Shooting boards the floor shoots from.

Coverage laid out in shooting order, on a board the crew reads at a glance. What the camera sees, set before the camera rolls, so the floor never guesses the next setup.

Every thread held, from the brief to the answer print.

The permit no one cleared. The prop no one sourced. The cut that fails spec at 2am. On a shoot, one dropped detail is one disaster. ShootFlow carries every thread across every hand-off, so the next person starts briefed, not guessing.

Common questions

How does ShootFlow turn a brief into a shoot?

Drop in the client brief, a treatment deck, a script or even the email. ShootFlow reads it and builds the shoot: a shot list grouped by coverage, the shoot days, the locations, the props to source and the deliverables to hit, each one linked. You review and adjust, rather than typing it all from a blank page.

What is ShootFlow?

One console for the whole shoot: from the client brief and shot list, through running the shoot day, to the editor brief and delivering every cut. Film, commercial and branded-content production, planned and run in one place.

Who is it for?

Production companies, creative agencies and in-house content teams running film, commercial and content shoots, from a single-day brand film to a campaign across many shoots. If crew, coverage and delivery need to stay in step, it fits.

Can it source props for a shoot?

Yes. Name a prop and Prop Finder searches real suppliers, returns ranked options with live prices, confirms they are still in stock, and can take the buy end to end. The props it finds link straight to the shots and the budget.

How do I find out if I need a permit to film somewhere?

Add the location and the Permit Wizard tells you who owns filming permission there, what to apply for, and roughly what it costs, drawing on a UK permissions corpus. The permit then threads onto the location, so the whole crew can see its status.

Do my crew need accounts?

No. Add anyone to the roster by name, assign them shots, and send them a call-sheet link: the whole day works on their phone without a login. Accounts are only for people editing the plan.

How does the AI work, and who trains on my content?

Claude (or Gemini, on your own key) does the work server-side for Smart Import, sourcing and the editor brief. Your content does the job you asked for and nothing more; nobody trains models on it.

Does it work on set without signal?

Capture is offline-aware: the console flags the moment you lose connection, keeps everything already on screen, and re-syncs when you are back. Saves need signal; when a tap cannot get through, you see it fail on the spot.

What does it cost?

Free to start (one production, bring your own AI key, no card). Pro is £39/month for managed AI and more productions and crew seats; see pricing.
